Please consider the following aspects when evaluating image-caption alignment:

- Anatomical Perspective: Does the image show the correct anatomical view or angle described in the caption (e.g., axial, sagittal, anterior, lateral)?
- Pathology Visibility: Are the abnormalities or conditions mentioned in the caption clearly visible in the image?
- Technical Details: Do the imaging parameters or technical aspects mentioned in the caption match what's visible in the image?
- Annotations Match: If the caption refers to specific markers, arrows, or annotations, are these visible and correctly placed in the image?
